Ex-players get compensation

The National Football League (NFL) will pay a $765 million settlement to more than 4,500 ex-players. the players, many suffering from dementia and health problems, sere suing the league over head injuries sustained while playing. They accused the NFL of hiding the dangers of brain damage while profiting from the sport's violence. it's a modest sum for the NFL, which made more than $9 billion last year.

Vocabulary:
dementia: démence
sue: poursuivre en justice.

Comment:
I'm agree with the players because the American football produce a lot of  head injuries and the players have to be rewarded. But in the other hand you have to know that the American Football is a dangerous sport and it's normally to had a lot of serious injuries.
